The brainchild behind the system is Christian H, head dating coach at The Social Man. Christian found his inspiration for GFAS after reading 50 Shades of Grey.

Turns out, you can learn a lot about the type of man women obsess over from the fictional male characters in “literotica” books that millions of women indulge in.

So Christian spent the next 12 months locked up in his basement on a research binge studying female psychology.

He unearthed the deepest darkest desires of a woman’s mind and created the idea of an “obsession story” every guy should follow in order to fulfil a woman’s desires.

Day 1 is all about improving your inner game so you become the type of man women consider “boyfriend material”.

Day 2 provides Christian’s famous step-by-step process for meeting a girl to dating to forming a solid long-term relationship.

The 2-day course is very easily divided up into 3 core segments that I’ll discuss below:

1. How to become boyfriend material
2. The checkpoints in the dating story
3. Creating a solid long-term relationship

So let’s kick things off with the first one.

How to become boyfriend material

As I’m sure you well know, getting a girlfriend is hands down the hardest part of dating. Casual flings and one-night stands are a piece of cake in comparison.

If you want to get serious with a girl, you need to make damn sure you tick all her boxes. That’s because if a girl wants to settle down she’ll have a list as long as your arm of things she looks for in a boyfriend.

There are some fundamental character traits women look for and this is exactly what Christian covers in the first part of The Girlfriend Activation System.

In modules 1-4 you’ll discover the key character traits women look for in a boyfriend and Christian helps implant these traits into your inner game so you become a more desirable man.

These character traits all stem from masculine power, which is basically like crack to women.

Masculine power is broken down to 6 key ingredients: dominance, competence, challenging, mysterious, genuine, and sexual. Once you nail all six, you’ll have women chasing you like something out of a lynx deodorant advert.

Modules 5-10 are dedicated to helping you inject these traits deep within your physical makeup.

In this part you get to see some famous dating coaches make guest appearances. Jason Capital, Nick Sparks, David Wygant, and Alex Allman come to the stage to offer up some inspiring presentations.

I particularly loved Jason Capitals segment on being a challenge. This guy has some serious game and will show you exactly how to get a girl fighting for your attention.

It was great to see a strong link between theory and practical. A lot of dating products fail to back up the theory with demonstrations of how it’s done, and I don’t know about you, but I personally way prefer learning this kind of stuff with visual aids.

So I really liked how with GFAS every trait is put into action with tons of examples for different social situations. Double thumbs up for this.

My favourite was a demo on how to show dominance going in for the first kiss. Spoiler alert: It involves pushing a girl up against the wall and tentatively kissing her.

The checkpoints in the dating story

Day 2 of the course kicks off with Christian’s step-by-step process for meeting a girl to dating, sex, and forming a relationship. It’s specifically designed with the end goal of getting a girlfriend.

So don’t expect to find canned lines and sleazy tricks aimed at getting you one-night stands. None of that going on here.

This is about getting you high quality girls. And I have to say Christian’s system is an absolute game changer for helping you combat the hardest dating hurdle of them all – going from dating to making things official.

In this section it was good to see approaching covered in tons of detail. This is often one of the most overlooked topics yet is by far the most important.

Nick Sparks teaches you how to make a powerful first impression. He helps take the fear out of approaching and shows how you don’t need pre-rehearsed lines to open a girl.

Instead you’ll discover that approaching is all about body language, voice tonality and making solid eye contact. And Nick provides plenty of demos to help you master this.

The first kiss and exchanging numbers sections were a little thin on the ground. However these are well covered in the masculine power modules earlier on in the course. So no major qualms here.

The first date, second date and sex date modules are hands down the best takeaways I got from GFAS. This is when Christian really comes into his element.

Christian walks you through exactly what to do on a date – locations to take a girl, fun conversation topics to bring up, when to go in for the kiss, and how to smoothly invite a girl back to your place. You name it, he’s covered it.

When it comes to the sex date section, Christian goes through everything from stocking your fridge with alcohol, what food to cook, how to create the perfect mood lighting, and most importantly, how to escalate things sexually.

Creating a solid long-term relationship

The final part of the course shows you how to deal with the 2-6 week period where you go from dating to becoming official.

This is the part where most guys screw up and I am no exception.

Guys often assume that once you’ve had sex with a girl, you can claim her. You think the hard work is over and can automatically adopt the boyfriend role.

Christian makes sure you never fall into this common trap. He’ll show you why you can’t start assuming you’ll see her everyday, why you still have to refrain from telling her your problems, and why you must respect her boundaries.

That’s because this is the critical stage where the girl is heavily assessing you as a person and deciding whether she wants to become invested in you and your future.

In the last module Christian discusses how to bring up the “let’s make it official” chat. He offers up some great examples of how to casually bring it up in conversation, so that by the end of all this studying you can find a girl, date her and hopefully start calling her your girlfriend.
